14-day money-back guarantee
If you are not happy, email joannekennedy1962@gmail.com within 14 days of any payment. We will refund that payment in full. You don't need to give a reason.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the card you paid with. They usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
Cancelling
You can cancel anytime from your account so you are not charged again. If you cancel after the 14 days, you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, but that payment is not refunded.
Free trial
The 14-day free trial costs nothing. If you cancel before it ends, you will not be charged.
Gifts
The person who bought a gift can ask for a full refund within 14 days of paying. Once a refund is made, the gift ends.
Your rights
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If something goes wrong, you may have rights that go beyond this policy.
